What payment options are available?
We accept all major credit including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. Debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo are also accepted (Check debit cards and Pay Pal are not accepted).
What are the costs of shipping?
These costs vary depending upon the weight and/or size of the package.
How quickly will I receive my order?
We will try to ship your orders within 5 business days of receipt of the order. Most customers (within the United States) can expect to receive their orders within 10 days of shipment when Shipped UPS Ground and within 6 days when shipped expedited. We use the following shipping companies at Generation Klean: USPS, FedEx and UPS.

Some individual items may be restricted from being shipped outside of the continental US.

What is your policy on returns?
If you receive an order, and decide that you do not want to keep the product(s), you may return any "UNOPENED" product(s) at "YOUR" expense within 15 days of the receipt date (except seasonal, order products) provided the invoice number and date can be furnished to Generation Klean and the product(s) are returned insured or shipped with a return receipt to show proof of shipping in case the package is lost in transit, and the returned products must be in saleable condition. The returned product(s) are also subject up to a 30 percent restocking fee.
We do not accept returns on any make-up products because of color. Makeup colors are variable so please be sure to select your makeup colors carefully before making a purchase.
What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
In the event of inaccuracies or damage with your order, you must do the following: First contact email@example.com customer service to inform them of any inaccuracies with your order. Then ship the errant merchandise back to Generation Klean. The package must be insured or have a return receipt to show proof of shipping in case the package is lost in transit. When the package is received, and in good condition you will receive a Credit back to your credit card for the original purchase price less any shipping charges. "WE MAKE NO EXCEPTIONS IN OUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY TO PREVENT FRAUDULENT PURCHASES. This helps keep our prices as low as possible.
What if a product is on backorder?
Occasionally, certain products will be on backorder due to unforeseen popularity or glitch in a factory run. In these rare incidents, we will e-mail you notifying you of back ordered item. We do not keep track of back orders. You will need to place a new order for the product when available.
What if my order is lost in transit?
Generationklean.com retains receipts on all orders shipped out to customers. On rare occasions, an order may be "Lost In Transit" due to no fault of generationklean.com. In such case, we will replace your order as soon as we verify that the package is lost.
Customer agrees to bear responsibility for any duties/taxes that may apply to a purchase shipped outside of the U.S. and Generationklean.com will not be held accountable.

Are the color shades displayed on the website representative of the actual color shades of your products?
We try and select colors that are as close to, if not exactly like the actual shades of our products. There may however be some variances.
How do you remove Gray Disappear from your hair?
Gray Disappear can be removed with makeup remover, shampoo, makeup remover towelettes or soap and water.
How long does Gray Disappear last if it is not removed?
It really depends on the individual. In most cases, Gray Disappear can last all day, however some individuals who have very oily hair may need to reapply it during the day.
